Clinical Supervision for Associates & Art Therapy Interns

Hi, I’m Martha Nunez,

a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) passionate about nurturing new clinicians. With over a decade of experience across private practice, residential treatment, and community mental health, I bring a grounded, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed lens to supervision.

I believe in creating a supportive space where you can explore your identity as a clinician, deepen your confidence, and grow your clinical voice—while staying rooted in ethics and self-awareness.

Supervision Services

Whether you're working toward LMFT/LCSW/LPCC, ATR, or dual licensure, I offer individualized and small group supervision tailored to your goals and needs. My areas of focus include:

  • Navigating the licensure processes

  • Case consultation and clinical documentation

  • Art therapy and creative interventions

  • EMDR, IFS, and somatic integration

  • Working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients

  • Boundaries, ethics, and self-care

  • Transitioning into private practice

Who I Work With

I work with associates who value authenticity, curiosity, and reflective practice. Whether you're in your practicum or accumulating hours post-graduation, I welcome clinicians at all stages who are seeking:

  • A supervisor who affirms neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ identities

  • A space to integrate expressive modalities like art therapy

  • Structure, accountability, and encouragement without judgment

  • Guidance that blends clinical skill-building with personal growth
